FMS 2300mm FOX V2 Glider PNP

For those that intend to fly this line of sight it is a nice plane. For a lot of us that use this plane for an FPV ship it has a lot to be desired. I ordered an extra canopy and foam cockpit to use as an extra with camera and air unit installed. The cockpit is very flimsy and fragile so be careful. It would be nice if the plane would go together and come apart easier and store away in its box but it doesn't and takes quite a bit to get it put together and ready for flight. Especially the tail as it is really not meant to disassemble. You have to undo the linkage rod at the servo to slide the horizontal stabilizer back and out. This means re-setting up the elevator each time you fly. The wings slide on to the rod and screws hold them in place. No skid protection on the wing tips. Get some servo extensions to plug in the flaps/aileron and some extra wing screws. I also own a Fox 3000 which is also an FPV ship and an amazing plane with more robustness but very agile and sporty and a beast. I wish they had done more to the 2300 to be able to break it down easier and store like the 3000. Otherwise keep the tail assembled and risk breaking off something in transport. I give it 4 stars. Beautiful plane but unlike its big brother.

Je possede ce motoplaneur depuis plus d'un an .Premier vol ,décollage à 5metres du sol, probléme de moteu ,qui s'arrete et se remet en route pour 2 secondes et ça recommence.
A cette hauteur naturellement dégats assez importants (1 aile cassée et cockpit enfoncé) mais le tout réparable, mais alourdi. Deuxième vol identique ,mais comme je m'y attendais j'ai pu sauvé mon Fox .pour recommencer sans mettre les gaz à fond.
J'ai soumis mon probleme au distributeur qui m'a demandé une vidéo. Au bout de quelques semaines je recontacte pour demandé leur impression .Pas de résultat ,j'ai tout changé ,moteur et ESC d'origine exactement les mêmes. Problème identique, l'ESC n'est pas compatible avec ce moteur?
mais FMS m'a laissé tombé et c'est trés décevant
Je suis modéliste depuis 50 ans , je ne suis pas débutant j'ai tout essayé et au Club personne ne comprend .Voila je voulais juste prévenir les futurs acquéreurs de ce gros problème, et c'est trés dommage car le Fox est un bon planeur d'accro.

The airplane glider from FMS, arrived well packed, and all the items arrived ok. THe glider material is foam but is very hard, the skin is soft and well done, all the servos and wires attached and the new conect method is nice and fast. in the fly is a glider that combine low glider and also thermik, and a sport acrobatic two. It is a full house glider with alerons and flaps that is a 5 star add that make these glider a nice quality and a pleasure to fly. The glider is very good and the material used are ok, i give a 5 start. Thanks FMS.
