- You can buy e-gift cards through the FMS official website. Once you purchase, you will immediately receive an email containing the card code.
2. How do I use an FMS e-Gift Card?
- The gift card balance can only be used to purchase physical products. Enter the card code at checkout to complete the payment.
- FMS allows you to use the e-gift card balance for partial payment, with the remaining amount covered by another payment method.
3. Can I use multiple e-Gift Cards at once?
- Absolutely! You can use multiple e-Gift Cards in a single order.
4. What happens to the remaining balance on an e-Gift Card?
- Any unused balance will stay on the card and can be applied to your next order.
5. Does an FMS e-Gift Card have an expiration date?
- Nope! Our e-Gift Cards never expire, so you can use them whenever you’re ready.
6. Can I gift an e-Gift Card to someone else?
- Yes! You can send an FMS e-Gift Card via email or through a gift code. Or when purchasing, you have the gift option to include a custom message and choose to send it immediately or on a scheduled date. Scheduled gift cards are sent between 4:00 am and 10:00 am in the purchaser’s time zone.
