To start, my 1st review was removed. When I got the edf the nose gear set screw was stripped out and had to figure out why I only had throttle at full throttle and nothing from zero to full. I did contact FMS and they were helpful at trying to figure it out. I sent for a new nose gear, motor and esc, and in the end got the jet fixed and flying.
I do not give a 1, 2, or 3 star review to hurt a companies rep, I only review them as I see them. The 1st review was after unboxing it. I was going to update my review after flying it only to find my 1st review was removed.
Anyway, the assembly was straight forward, would be nice to have screws hold the elevator and rudder on instead of glue. It would make servicing servos much easier.
The overall finish is nice, and the scale features very nice. To make it more scale full flying stabs and retracts would be a nice V2 of this model. It flies very nice and is alot of fun to fly. Like the 64mm futura, this could also possibly be a good first edf.
The only downfall I see after flying it is that you only get about 2 minutes flight time on a 4s 2200. I will try a 4s 3300 next time. I'm just causing because it woukd add weight to the plane. But will give it a try.
Conducted first taxi and rear right wheel came off and the c clip is now gone gone that holds the wheel on. Kinda sad. dinging it 1 star so far for that. If the plane does anything crazy in the air, ill update my review.
Now real review: The Jet is gorgeous! the LED's are a standard that should come on all airframe's! you nailed nearly everything about this jet! FMS has nailed the 64mm class with this release and the last Futura release!
