Grabbed this with the brushless combo to install on my k5 and it went together flawlessly and works great.

Haven't finished it yet , I might have to remove the faux figures , you know the driver and passenger that is in my Lemur , to mount the Brushless BEC , That also doubles as , an on and off switch also . Also , I bought the receiver with this MG44+R4P1 transmitter obviously . So everything worked correct ? And I bought the BRUSHLESS MOTOR that's pre-mounted to the TRANSMISSION WHICH HAS METAL GEARS that it comes with the CHEVY K5 PRO BLAZER , Rather than going through the trouble of putting metal gears in a different transmission or using my current transmission in which I wasn't sure if it would work with that brushless motor , but it would seem it would have !!!!!! WHEN I WENT TO PUT METAL GEARS IN THE TRANSMISSION THAT WAS ON THE LEMUR , I HAD A PROBLEM GETTING ONE OF THE SCREWS OUT FROM INSIDE THE TRANSMISSION HOUSING THAT MOUNTS THE MOTOR , THAT CAME WITH THE LEMUR . I DIDN'T RUN THE CAR LIKE I SHOULD HAVE RIGHT AWAY TO SEE IF THE MOTOR WAS WORKING THEN !!!!!!! I GOT THE SCREW OUT FINALLY WITH AN EASY OUT , AND COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS DENTED ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF MOTOR !!!!!! WHEN I FINALLY GOT THE MOTOR OFF BEHIND THE TRANSMISSION AND WHEN I PLUGGED THE MOTOR IN TO TEST IT , IT TURNED SLOWLY AND GOT REALLY HOT !!!!!! I'M IN THE PROCESS NOW OF TRYING TO GET IT WARRANTIED , AND IT SEEMS LIKE THEY'RE TAKING THEIR TIME TO GET BACK TO ME !!!!!!! SO I'M HOPING THAT THE REVIEWS I READ WITH PEOPLE BEING COMPENSATED FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS AND SOME OF THE OTHER STUFF THEY HAVE BOUGHT , WORKS THE SAME WAY FOR ME , AND I'M COMPENSATED ALSO !!!!
SEEING AS IT WAS BRAND NEW AND I DIDN'T TOUCH IT , AND I'M NOT THE ONE THAT DAMAGED IT !!!!!!! OTHERWISE I MIGHT RETHINK ABOUT BUYING FROM FMS HOBBY !!!!!!!!!!!! IN THE MEANTIME I FIGURED I'D TRY TO UPGRADE THE LEMUR , TO THE BRUSHLESS SYSTEM THAT COMES WITH THE CHEVROLET K5 PRO BLAZER !!!! THIS IS WHY I MADE THIS DECISION GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR VENTURE !!!!!
